How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can — Saturdays in spring and fall go first. Your date is yours once your booking is confirmed.
How does payment work?
Payment is due in full when you book, and your date is reserved exclusively for you. If you need a different arrangement, email us at info@georgiapeachevents.com and we’ll do our best to work with you — a partial deposit can hold your date.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Delivery is available across our core area; the fee is based on distance from Auburn, GA, and you’ll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay. Local pickup is free. Chair setup is $1 per chair and breakdown is $1 per chair.
What areas do you serve?
Our core delivery area: Winder, Braselton, Statham, Dacula, Buford, Lawrenceville, Monroe, Loganville, Snellville, Athens, and Gainesville.
How does booking work?
Send the Check Availability form or email info@georgiapeachevents.com with your date, town, and guest count. We’ll confirm availability and send your quote; book online anytime.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Your deposit is non-refundable — your date is reserved exclusively for you. Plans change? With proper notice, your deposit transfers to a new date when you rebook within 3 months. All rentals are final.
How long is the rental?
Prices are per day. We deliver up to 24 hours before your event, at a time we agree on together, and pick up within 24 hours after.
